Getting the fit right

Coat sizes vary between brands, and a coat has to go over a jumper. The safest check is a coat you already like: lay it flat, measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, and compare.

Sellers can add measurements in centimetres, and 5 of these have them. If the one you like does not, ask the seller before you buy.

Look closely at the photos of the cuffs, the collar and the zip, and if the listing does not say what it is made of or filled with, ask.
