Before you buy a present
Each piece is a one-off, so there is no restock if it goes. Sellers post within 5 days of an order, and then the parcel has to travel, so leave plenty of time if it has to be there by a particular day.
When it arrives, look it over before you wrap it, and don’t confirm the order until you have. If it is not as described, message the seller and open a problem report on the order within 14 days of delivery.
Most pieces are sold by private individuals, so a present that just isn’t to their taste isn’t covered. A seller may agree to take it back, but they don’t have to.
You can send it straight to them by entering their address at checkout. It comes as an ordinary parcel, not gift-wrapped, and they’ll be the one opening it, so ask them to check it soon: the 14 days start on delivery.
